Specific site issues that challenge supervisors daily.
Effective toolbox talks (a short presentation on a specific area of health and safety, presented by the candidates).

The SSSTS course consists of 2 assessments:
An examination paper, with 22 multiple-choice questions and 3 short written questions.
A trainer review.
The trainer review considers the candidates contribution and behaviour over the 2 days, and includes 3 elements:
Candidate performance in group exercises.
Candidate engagement – providing answers/suggestions during the course.
Toolbox talk completion – the candidate must prepare and deliver a 5-minute toolbox talk.
The certificate will only be awarded if you attend both days in the correct order and participate during the course.
Attendance will preferably be taken on consecutive days, but you can also finish the modules within two weeks of each other.
If, for any reason, you cannot attend the course on consecutive days, the two days must be within the same two-week period. If this is not possible for sickness or other reasons, you will need to enrol on a new course with the same stipulations.
After completing our site supervisor training course, you can progress to the five-day Site Management Safety Training Scheme. Site managers, agents, surveyors, and managers are all likely to find this next level of training valuable.
SSSTS candidates are encouraged to refresh their knowledge every three years with the SSSTS Refresher course.
